Sunshine and Bad Data

Submitted some Sunshine requests a couple weeks ago and am starting to see results rolling in.

It's a bit freaky seeing how bad some of these records are. Without talking about it too much here, one request showed that a government agency has potentially been using the same code for opposite outcomes, which makes it impossible to determine how they're handling the problem that it describes.

That sounds stupid and nebulous, but my editor is the only one reading this anyways, so...

I used to hate submitting these things, but I'm realizing how much you can dredge up with just a few well-placed words. Bless Sunshine Law, you've stolen my heart.
